PE2100H – High Speed PE Series

PE2100H - High Speed NVMe PCIe SSD(M.2/U.2) Duplicator - 60GB/min

The new PE2100H Series M.2 PCIe SSD duplicator is designed to meet diverse production demands, offering a range of models with multiple port configurations. Engineered for maximum efficiency, 1 to 20 PCIe SSD M.2 Duplicator (PE2100H) delivers ultra-fast duplication speeds of up to 60 GB per minute—maintaining top performance regardless of the number of connected targets. Advanced protocol detection capabilities streamline workflow and improve overall productivity. Additionally, its integrated source disk image management system simplifies image handling and minimizes the risk of human error, making it an ideal solution for high-volume SSD duplication tasks.

Impeccable High Speed

The U-Reach High-Speed PE2100H Series PCIe SSD Duplicator delivers exceptional performance with a consistent copy speed of 60GB per minute across all drives—without any drop in speed, even as the number of targets increases. Engineered for high-efficiency duplication, it’s an ideal solution for manufacturers and production environments requiring fast, reliable, and scalable SSD cloning.

No waiting time required for duplication

Each round of duplication is completed with maximum efficiency, allowing the next batch to begin immediately—no waiting or system reboot required. This seamless workflow significantly boosts productivity in high-volume environments.

Native Support NVMe and SATA Protocols

The PCIe Series with M.2 interface utilizes native NVMe and SATA protocols, eliminating the need for converter chips. This direct data transmission enhances compatibility and ensures more reliable, efficient duplication performance.

FPGA-based Platform

Built with an industrial-grade FPGA architecture, the duplicator supports seamless cross-interface and cross-protocol duplication—without the need to restart the system after each round. For optimal results during cross-protocol duplication, using a data disk is recommended. When duplicating an OS, it’s best to use target devices with the same protocol to ensure proper system boot functionality.

Intelligent Duplication Modes

Our PCIe SSD duplicator offers a diverse of duplication modes. The user may select the appropriate mode based on application demand.

Illustration of Copy Modes

During the duplication process, data areas are visually indicated in blue, while actively copied areas are highlighted in red. The overall duplication time may vary depending on the speed capabilities of the hard drive’s controller chip.

Sanitization Methods

Source Management System

Source Management System

Administrators can use dedicated software to store image files on a central computer for streamlined management. When needed, these image files can be quickly transferred to the duplicator for production. This centralized approach is specifically designed for manufacturing environments, making source management more efficient and significantly reducing the risk of human error.

Double Data Verification: Compare + CRC Checksum

In addition to bit-for-bit comparison, the PEH Series duplicator employs CRC (Cyclic Redundancy Check) as an advanced error-detection method to ensure data accuracy. After each duplication round, users can simply verify that the CRC value displayed on the duplicator’s LCD matches, confirming a successful and error-free copy.

High Compatibility

Event Log Report

Our PCIe SSD (M.2) duplicators feature a unique mechanism that safeguards the integrity of the Event Log Report, preventing any unauthorized alterations. These logs capture detailed records of operation results and device-specific information, providing a reliable and tamper-proof audit trail. This makes the event log an invaluable asset for production management, quality control, and operational analysis.
