The U-Reach CRU Copier Rack is a professional disk cloning solution tailored for the digital cinema industry. Designed to work exclusively with CRU-INC DX115 carriers, it allows you to clone from one master to up to 4 targets, with the option to expand to multiple target racks for larger workflows. The system requires the KV500-H master unit and can be scaled using KV600-H slave units—ensuring reliable, high-speed performance for every duplication task.

Copy Modes

DX115 CRU Copiers offer two reliable duplication modes for maximum flexibility. For known file systems like Windows, Linux, or macOS, use the fast “System & Files” mode to copy only the data from the master drive. For unknown or proprietary formats, the copier performs a complete bit-by-bit clone of the entire CRU HDD. Just ensure the target drives have equal or greater capacity for a successful full-disk duplication.

Amazing copy speed

Our 19″ CRU Rackmount Duplicator features advanced multitasking technology to deliver blazing-fast copy speeds—up to 18GB per minute per target. Built to support DX115 DC CRU carriers, the cinema industry standard, this system ensures consistent high-speed duplication across all connected drives. Thanks to our integrated FPGA technology, performance remains stable and efficient, even when duplicating to multiple targets simultaneously.

Erase functions

The system supports a range of professional erase modes, including Quick Erase, Full Erase, DoD Erase (DoD 5220.22-M E), and Secure Erase (NIST 800-88). Simply insert your DX115 carrier targets, select the appropriate erase mode for your project requirements, and the system will automatically perform a secure, compliant wipe of your CRU hard drives.

Multiple Format Support

The CRU duplicator supports all major operating systems, including Windows, Linux, macOS, RAID, and other environments. It is fully compatible with advanced drive formats such as MBR, GPT, and Advanced Format. Any hard drive that fits within the CRU DX115 DC frame can be used, offering maximum flexibility and reliability for professional duplication workflows.

Daisy Chain Connection

Our daisy-chain connection allows multiple KV600H CRU duplicators to be linked to a single KV500H master unit, creating a scalable and efficient duplication setup. The KV500H features an integrated display and four-button control panel, enabling you to manage the entire CRU copy system with ease. Once connected, all target units are centrally controlled through the KV500H for streamlined operation and maximum productivity.

19″ Rack Design

To meet market demands, the CRU duplicator is designed in a 19″ rackmount form factor, with each unit built to a compact 4U height specification. Simply select the required number of master and slave units to configure a system tailored to your workflow. Engineered for efficiency, this solution allows you to duplicate CRU DX115 drives quickly and effortlessly—making high-volume duplication easier than ever.

Event Log Report

The built-in log report feature captures detailed records of every operation, including timestamps, port activity, drive capacity, serial numbers, and HDD models. It also logs the specific function executed and the outcome of each process, providing complete traceability and accountability for every duplication or erase task.
